  • All prices are in GBP (£).

    Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis via LIVE claims and customisations.

    Once your claim is confirmed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

  • All pieces are handmade and fragile — we are not responsible for damage unrelated to the crafting process.

    Minor imperfections may occur due to the handmade nature of the items — this is completely normal.

  • Orders will be dispatched within 7 days of purchase, unless open boxes or pre-orders



    We are not liable for lost or damaged mail during transit.

About squishies..

All squishy products are manufactured items and may contain minor imperfections such as small marks, uneven colouring, air bubbles, or slight scent variations. These are normal and not considered defects.

Due to the soft foam material, squishies may tear, crack, or become damaged over time with use. Please handle with care and avoid excessive stretching, pulling, or exposure to heat. 

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • These items are for stress relief/collectible purposes only
  • Minor imperfections are expected from manufacturing
  • Wear and tear over time is normal
